  • Wireless AV content sharing systems
  • BYOD collaboration systems

Our products are designed for commercial, industrial, and professional AV projects, and are available for OEM/ODM customization and bulk supply.

2. Eligibility & Intended Use

  • Our services and products are intended exclusively for business and professional users.
  • You confirm that you are acting on behalf of a company, organization, or project entity.
  • Consumer or personal use is not recommended unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Products & Customization Services

3.1 OEM / ODM Customization

We offer OEM and ODM services, including but not limited to:

  • Hardware customization
  • Firmware or feature customization
  • Logo branding and labeling
  • Packaging customization

Final specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines are subject to written confirmation and contract approval.

3.2 Product Specifications

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications on the website are for reference only.
  • Final product details are defined by the confirmed technical specification or contract.
  • Shengyunshu reserves the right to improve or modify products without prior notice.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All quotations are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary based on order quantity, customization level, and component availability.
  • Payment terms, currencies, and methods are defined in the official quotation or contract.
  • Orders may be suspended or canceled if payment obligations are not fulfilled.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, logistics, or force majeure.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the agreed Incoterms or written agreement.
  • Shengyunshu is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, freight carriers, or third-party logistics providers.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property related to our website, product designs, firmware, software, documentation, trademarks, and logos belongs to Shengyunshu or its licensors.
  • OEM/ODM designs remain the property of Shengyunshu unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use our products or services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt our systems or services

8. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

10. Force Majeure

Shengyunshu shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or labor disputes.

11. Modifications to Terms

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
