This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Shengyunshu provides refunds for its professional AV products and customization services, including OEM/ODM and wholesale orders.
By placing an order with Shengyunshu, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Due to the customized and project-based nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by Shengyunshu.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- OEM / ODM customized products
- Products manufactured according to customer-specific specifications
- Bulk or wholesale orders
- Opened, installed, or used products
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is materially different from the confirmed specification
- Manufacturing defects confirmed by Shengyunshu
- Damage caused during shipment (with valid carrier documentation)
All refund requests must be submitted with supporting evidence.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Shengyunshu within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide order number, product details, and a clear description of the issue
- Submit photos, videos, or inspection reports as requested
Refund requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
5. Inspection & Approval
- All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- Shengyunshu reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request.
- If approved, we may offer:
- A refund
- A replacement product
- Repair or technical support
The solution will be determined at Shengyunshu’s discretion.
6. Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on:
- Inspection results
- Payment provider
- Banking procedures
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error caused by Shengyunshu.
- Returned items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Rejection of future orders
We strongly encourage contacting us first to resolve any concerns.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shengyunshu’s maximum liability under this Refund Policy shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.

Shengyunshu reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
